Hi everyone! I know posts have been slow lately, and I promise they'll pick up next week when my internship ends, but for now I just wanted to check in with you guys. Next weekend (July 27th and 28th), I'll be in New York City for the
Her Campus National Intercollegiette Conference (let's just call it the HCNIC for now). I talked about it when I
first bought my tickets, and now I wanted to invite you to buy tickets as well!
As you all know, I'm a part of the Her Campus Blogger Network (HCBN) so I'm allowed to go to the conference on Saturday, July 27th, which is only for the HC team. However, I would love to see each and every one of you on Sunday, July 28th! I didn't go last year, but apparently it was a lot of fun. They have panels, workshops, and even a fashion show. I'm pretty excited. The link above (one of the many, I apologize) lists a few of the workshops/events going on, including ones about blogging, careers, and writing. It's just a really great networking opportunity and a fun way to meet new people. There's also free manicures, a braid bar, free lunch from Chipotle, and a goody bag! Freebies get me so excited!
Sunday Tickets are $30 with a $1.74 fee, which I know sounds like a lot, but I think it'll be a lot of fun! If you're worried about transportation and getting around New York, feel free to leave a comment below. I don't live too far from the city, and I'm quite acquainted with it, so I'd be happy to help you out!
